He was born in Mexia, Tx but stayed there only six months before moving with the family to Fort Worth. Being an only child, he became a football fan while watching Superbowl IV with a friend. He recalls watching the game while playing it on the friend’s Electric Football game. Of course living in the DFW area he took an immediate liking to the local football team. After all they were winning and the whole area was always captivated by the Cowboys or the “Pokes” as the local newspaper like to call them. He painfully remembers watching them in Superbowl V and crying at the end when O’Brien kicked the winning field goal for the Colts, his daddy who was not into football thought he was crazy. Thus began his lifelong obsession with the Dallas Cowboys, America’s team. From sneaking a radio into church and listening to their games through a small earplug that he would slide through the sleeve of his robe into his hand to watching the weekly Tom Landry Show to the present day, this obsession has continued now for 36 years. Freddy B graduated from the University of North Texas with an accounting degree. He moved to Los Angeles 12 years ago to pursue and acting career. While he has enjoyed some success, he also owns a local business to keep a” regular income coming in”. The move has not stopped him from following his Cowboys however. You can find him at the local sports bar with all the other many cowboy fans in the area.
