Biography

Renée is a “right” coast Red Sox-fan recently living and loving it here on the “left” coast. In 1988, as an 8 year old vivacious tomboy she joined the local girl’s softball team coached by a man who had not shaved his beard or taken off his Red Sox cap since 1986 when the Red Sox lost to the Mets in the division series, so as you can imagine, she quickly became an avid fan!
Since then she has gone on to receive a BFA from Emerson College in Boston and moved to LA, leaving only the town of Boston behind, but never her favorite team. In 2004, in a local Boston bar, wearing a Curt Schilling jersey and a symbolic ketchup squirt down her white knee high socks, she witnessed her team win the World Series, and knew there was no team more special than the one she loved.
Renée is very excited to be on board to bring her opinion along with the constantly evolving Red Sox news every week to the community of BOSOX fans all over. Join me every Friday for “BOSOX talk of the day with Renée!”
